About the Founder
Hi, I'm Ellie and this is my wonderful family!
My Human Resources journey began in 2011 with a graduate program at easyJet. Whilst there, I worked in their HR Service Centre learning the policies and processes by which a business runs. I moved to an HR Advisor role supporting Cabin Crew and their managers and then to an HR Business Partner role for commercial teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and IT.​
My career path led me to Nestlé, where I served as the Senior HR Business Partner for the Buxton Water factory. I then moved to Thornton and Ross, a renowned pharmaceutical company known for brands such as Zoflora, Covonia, and Hedrin, as well as prescription-only medicines.
​Throughout my career, I have specialised in training line managers, implementing processes and practices to drive employee engagement, and creating thriving workplaces. Now, I am channeling my knowledge, skills, and experience into The Nanny Whisperers. My company is dedicated to supporting families and their helpers to build harmonious homes. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
Mission
Since moving to Dubai, I have met many families and their nannies/maids. Some of them have a wonderful working relationships and some have had challenges. Even those where the working relationship is great, still have communication challenges, differences of perspectives or misunderstandings.
